Dark blue well-packed sandstone (Bed 13), overlain by harder brown sandstone (Bed 14) with seams of phosphatic nodules near the base and top of the member. Both contain a single discontinuous seam of large, fossiliferous "doggers". |

Boundary placed at the upward conformable change from dark blue argillaceous sandstone of Simpson (1985) Bed 12 of the Lower Lobster Member into the dark blue well-packed sandstone of Simpson (1985) Bed 13 of The Crackers Member. This boundary is gradational. |

Boundary placed at the conformable upward change from hard brown sandstone (Bed 14) of The Crackers Member into sporadically glauconitic brown sandy mudstone (Bed 15) of the Upper Lobster Member. |
