Comprises up to about 16 m of sand and gravel forming a sinuous, beaded ridge that bifurcates in places that extends for 13 km from Brooms House [SE 399 633] in the north through Hunsingore to Lingcroft [SE 437 512] in the south (Cooper and Burgess, 1993).
